JOB SUMMARY This position performs unskilled manual work in the Ground Maintenance Department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, and weed eating of rights-of-way, landscape islands, facilities, and other city owned property.Operates a variety of hand and power tools and light equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, pole saws, and power trimmers.Picks up and disposes of litter; loads and unloads materials, supplies, equipment, trash, and other debris.Performs equipment safety
